Responsibilities:

Every coach receives Extensive Training in each of these areas:

  • Shadow / Coach: Group Personal Training sessions with a strength and conditioning approach and begin to implement warm ups and assist senior staff.

  • Shadow Team S&C: Team Strength and conditioning Sessions and begin to implement warm ups and assist senior staff.

  • Systems & Processes: Contribute to the effective application of UNIT 13 Coaching systems utilising our staff portal.

  • Innovation: Work on innovative projects and come up with ideas to develop the services currently available.

  • Communication: interact with the team on a regular basis to ensure your resources and team are surrounding you with support. 

  • Administration: Professionally communicate with clients and ensure interactions are alway fun and demonstrate your personality with all clientele to a high professional standard. 

  • Challenge: Accept challenges as a learning curve and communicate with your team on how they can be overcome. 

  • Learn: Interact in weekly staff training and evolve with the business.

Senior Coach

(Full Time)

Responsibilities:

Every coach receives Extensive Training in each of these areas:

  • Coach: 1-1 and Group Personal Training sessions with a strength and conditioning approach. 

  • Team S&C: Coach Team Strength and conditioning Sessions

  • Corporate: Work with Corporate Contracts

  • Consultations: Handle an enquiry list and run consultations to enquiring clients.

  • Management: Manage a list of new & long term clients to ensure attendance and happy with progress. 

  • Systems & Processes: Contribute to the effective application of UNIT 13 Coaching systems utilising our staff portal.

  • Innovation: Work on innovative projects and come up with ideas to develop the services currently available.

  • Communication: interact with the team on a regular basis to ensure your resources and team are surrounding you with support.

  • Tasks: Ensure Media footage is being gathered and all procedures are being followed from closing to opening & stock taking.

Operations Manager
