Unity Gyms specialises in group personal training and individualised programs using strength & conditioning and performance-based training. Our science-backed programs are designed to help you lose fat, improve health, and reach your personal goals.

Each program is tailored to your needs and supported by expert strength coaches and physiotherapists, ensuring safe, effective, and measurable results.

 TYPES OF TRAINING

We have a wide variety of programming options to choose from.

Not in the area? Our ONLINE programme delivers fully personalised training delivered via your device. With full length video training sessions both live and pre-recorded along side weekly coaching calls this is the option for you.

If in-person Personal Training is what you’re looking for choose the GROUP PT programme. This allows all the benefits of Personal Training in a group environment, this is our most popular programme.

Looking to work 1:1? Choose the 1:1 PT option. This is training 1:1 with your coach on site, working around your schedule.
